Couple shot dead in Lakhimpur Kheri

Lakhimpur Kheri, 01 April . Neighbors shot dead a couple  after entering their  house under Mohammadi Kotwali area on Wednesday night. After the crime the accused escaped from the scene. Police getting information reached the spot and sent the bodies for post mortem.

Ramakrishna (45) and his wife Guddi (35), resident of Mohalla Islamabad in Mohammadi Kotwali area, were sleeping in their house at around 10:30 pm on Wednesday night. At this time, Indrapal, who lives in the neighborhood, entered the house with a gun and fired  shots to Ramakrishna and his wife. Both died on the spot. Hearing the sound of the bullet, when the neighbors arrived,but by the time, the accused escaped from there. Mohammadi Kotwal Brijesh Kumar Tripathi said that the police is searching for the accused. The murder will be revealed soon.
